TDSQL-C for MySQL to Greenplum Replication

This page explains how to configure one-way schema and full replication from Tencent Cloud TDSQL-C for MySQL to Greenplum.

Before you begin​

  • Add the TDSQL-C for MySQL source and Greenplum target data sources to NineData. For details, see Add Data Source.
  • Ensure that the current account can access the selected source and target databases. Use the task precheck results to confirm whether the account has the required permissions.

Procedure​

  1. On the Data Replication page, create a replication task, enter a task name, and select the data sources in Source and Target.
  2. Under Type, select Schema and Full.
  3. Select the objects to replicate, then continue to mapping.
  4. Select a target database in Target DB, and review the target schema and table mappings.
  5. Run Pre-check after completing the configuration. If it fails, review the failed items, fix the configuration, and run the precheck again. Start the task after it passes.
caution

Full replication writes data to the target. Before starting the task, review the target database and object mappings, and confirm that the write scope is expected.

View replication results​

After starting the task, review the execution status and completed record count for schema and full replication on the task details page.
