Logging in to NineData via SSO

For non-administrative roles in the organization, after SSO login is enabled for the organization, you can only log into the organization through an SSO user. This article introduces how to log in.

Prerequisites

• You have obtained the Organization domain and Org Login URL. If not, please contact your system administrator.
• You have obtained the login username of the identity provider (IdP) and have successfully logged in to its console.

Logging in via SSO Alias

1. Open the NineData login page.
2. Click Login With SSO below Or.
3. Enter Organization domain and click Login. If you are logging in via an SSO account for the first time, a window Additional Information will pop up. You need to enter your Phone, Email, and click Get Code. After receiving the verification code sent by the NineData system, enter the code and click OK.

Logging in via Org Login URL

Directly access Org Login URL in your browser to complete the login. If you are logging in via an SSO account for the first time, a window Additional Information will pop up. You need to enter your Phone, Email, and click Get Code. After receiving the verification code sent by the NineData system, enter the code and click OK.

tip

• If you use a mobile phone number in the +86 region, the verification code will be sent via SMS. Otherwise, verification codes can only be received via email.
• If you have not logged in to the IdP console, the page will guide you through the login process.
• After logging in via SSO, you will automatically enter SSO organization mode, and you cannot switch to individual or other organization modes.
