Managing Basic Information
NineData offers basic information management capabilities, allowing you to modify personal details, bind third-party login methods, and change your login password.
Modifying Personal Information
Log in to the NineData Console.
In the left-hand navigation pane, click on > .
tipIf you don't see , please confirm that your console is in organization mode. To switch from personal mode to organization mode, see Switching to Organization Mode.
Under the tab, make the necessary changes to your personal information.
Parameter Description The personal name displayed within the organization, supporting up to 32 characters. Modify your phone number.
Note: If your current account was verified and registered through a phone number, you cannot change the phone number.Modify your email address.
Note: If your current account was verified and registered through an email address, you cannot change the email.Change the avatar of your current account. You can click on to upload an image in png

format.Click on to complete the changes.
Binding/Unbinding Third-Party Logins
By binding third-party logins, you can directly log in to the NineData console through third-party apps by scanning the code.
Log in to the NineData Console.
In the left-hand navigation pane, click on > .
tipIf you don't see , please confirm that your console is in organization mode. To switch from personal mode to organization mode, see Switching to Organization Mode.
Click on the tab and then click on under .
In the pop-up window , use the QR code scanning function on your mobile WeChat to scan the QR code displayed in the window.
On your mobile, follow the prompts and click Allow, which will successfully bind your WeChat account with the NineData account. You can now log in to the NineData Console using the QR code scanning method through WeChat.
After binding, if you need to unbind, click on Unbind below , enter the , and click on .
Changing Password
Log in to the NineData Console.
In the left-hand navigation pane, click on > .
tipIf you don't see , please confirm that your console is in organization mode. To switch from personal mode to organization mode, see Switching to Organization Mode.
Click on the tab and then click on . The system will send the verification code to the phone number or email address displayed above.
Enter the received verification code in the textbox, and enter the new password in the textbox below. Click on to complete the process.
tipThe new password must meet the following requirements:
- Password length should be 8 to 16 characters.
- Supports English letters, numbers, special characters (except spaces).
- Must contain at least one English letter and one number.
