Prerequisites

  • You have already created or joined an organization, and the organization has subscribed to DevOps Enterprise. Please ensure that your annual or monthly subscription is still active. For more information, please refer to Manage Organizations.
  • Your current account has been switched to the target organization. For more information, please refer to Switching to an Organization.
  • SSO login has been enabled for the current organization. For more information, please see Enabling SSO Login.
  • Your role is a Administrator. For more information, please see Roles.
  • The account of the login user must have been added to the identity provider (IdP) application, otherwise the user cannot log in. This account and the SSO username to be created are usually corresponding.
  • The Allow SSO Account Auto-join option is currently not enabled in the SSO organization. If it is enabled, the system will automatically add the user when they log in to NineData via SSO, without the need for manual intervention.
