Manage Account Balance
This topic describes how to view account balance, recharge, withdraw, and view Records in Billing Center.
Before you begin
Log on to the NineData Console and switch to the organization whose account balance you want to manage. For recharge, withdrawal, and payment operations, make sure your account has the required billing permissions.
Procedures
View Account Balance
- Log on to the NineData Console.
- In the left navigation pane, click Billing Center.
- On the Overview page, view Account available balance.
The Overview page also provides quick entries for Recharge, Withdraw, and Balance Management.
Recharge
- In the left navigation pane, click Billing Center > Recharge.
- View the current Balance.
- Select Recharge method:.
- Enter or select Fund Amount.
- Complete recharge as prompted.
If you use bank transfer, contact your account manager after the transfer or follow the page instructions to have the amount added to your account balance.
Pay-as-you-go requires the account balance to be at least 100 CNY. Before creating or converting to a pay-as-you-go resource, make sure the account balance is sufficient.
Withdraw
- In the left navigation pane, click Billing Center > Withdraw.
- Select an eligible online recharge order from Withdrawal list.
- Enter Withdraw Method, Withdraw to account, and Please enter the withdrawal amount (unit: yuan):.
- Click Confirm withdrawal.
Withdrawal is supported only for online recharge orders within the last 12 months that have not been invoiced. The page shows The amount of cash that can be withdrawn from a recharge order and Maximun. Fill in the amount within the withdrawable range shown on the page.
View Balance Records
- In the left navigation pane, click Billing Center > Balance Management.
- View account balance change records.
- Open a Records record to view Balance Detail.
Balance records help trace recharge, withdrawal, order payment, refund, and postpaid deduction changes.
Result
You can confirm the current organization balance, complete eligible recharge or withdrawal operations, and trace balance changes from the transaction records.
