Sign in to NineData through SSO

After SSO login is enabled for an organization, non-administrator users can enter the organization only through SSO. Sign in with the SSO domain or open the SSO organization URL directly.

Before you begin​

  • You have obtained the Organization domain and Org Login URL. If not, contact your system administrator.
  • You have the username required by the identity provider (IdP), and IdP authentication is available to you.

Sign in with the SSO domain​

  1. Open the NineData login page.
  2. Click Login With SSO below Or.
  3. Enter Organization domain and click Login. If this is your first SSO sign-in, NineData opens the Additional Information dialog. Enter Phone and Email, click Get Code, then enter the verification code and click OK.

Sign in with Org Login URL​

Open Org Login URL in your browser. If this is your first SSO sign-in, NineData opens the Additional Information dialog. Enter Phone and Email, click Get Code, then enter the verification code and click OK.

Result​

After SSO authentication succeeds, NineData opens the corresponding SSO organization.

tip
  • If you use a mobile phone number in the +86 region, NineData sends the verification code via SMS. Otherwise, verification codes are sent by email.
  • If you have not signed in to the IdP, the IdP page guides you through authentication.
  • After SSO sign-in, NineData enters SSO organization mode and cannot switch to personal mode or another organization mode.
