Approve Requests on Mobile Devices

NineData's subscription management supports mobile approval. Users can handle approval tasks on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, and receive notifications through channels such as SMS, email, and Webhook.

Prerequisites​

  • You have created or joined an organization. For more information, see Manage Organization.
  • The NineData console is in organization mode. For information on how to switch from personal mode to organization mode, see Switch to Organization.
  • Your role is Administrator.
  • You have completed the configuration of recipients and reception methods for the target Subscription. For more information, see Subscription Management.

Operation Steps​

  1. Log in to the NineData Console.

  2. Go to Notification > Subscription.

  3. On the Subscription tab, find the target Type, and then select the checkboxes under the Message, Email columns as needed. If you need to configure the Webhook method, click Edit next to Actions and select the required Webhook in the box under Webhook.

  4. After the configuration is complete, when the target Type is triggered, you will receive approval notifications through SMS, email, Webhook, and other channels. Open the link in the approval message to go to the mobile approval page and complete the approval there.

Result​

Subscribed approval notifications are sent through the selected channels, and users can open the approval link on a mobile device to complete the approval request.
