Approve Work Orders Anytime, Anywhere

NineData's subscription management supports mobile approval, allowing users to handle approval tasks anytime, anywhere through mobile devices (such as smartphones, tablets), and achieve seamless connection with the NineData system through methods like SMS, email, Webhook, etc.

Prerequisites​

  • You have created or joined an organization. For more information, see Manage Organization.
  • The NineData console is in organization mode. For information on how to switch from personal mode to organization mode, see Switch to Organization.
  • Your role is .
  • You have completed the configuration of recipients and reception methods for the target . For more information, see Subscription Management.

Operation Steps​

  1. Log in to the NineData Console.

  2. Click on in the left navigation bar.

  3. On the tab, find the target , and then select the checkboxes under the , columns as needed. If you need to configure the Webhook method, click on next to and select the required Webhook in the box under Webhook.

  4. After the configuration is complete, when the target is hit, you will receive approval messages through SMS, email, Webhook, etc. Opening the link in the approval message will take you to the mobile approval page, where you can directly perform approval operations.
