Configure Alert Reception
NineData's operations monitoring supports sending alerts to recipient groups or Webhooks. This article introduces how to create alert recipient groups or Webhooks.
Create an Alert Recipient Group
Log in to the NineData Console.
Click on Alert>Receiver in the left navigation bar.
On the Receiver Group tab, click on Create Group in the upper right corner.
On the Create Group page, configure according to the table below.
Parameter Description Name Enter the name of the alert recipient group. To facilitate subsequent search and management, please use a meaningful name as much as possible. Up to 24 characters are supported. Add Users Click on the input box below Add Users, and a list of users in the current organization will pop up. Click on the user names you need to add in sequence. You can also enter part of the user name in the input box for fuzzy search to quickly locate the target user. Click on Create Group.
tipNineData provides a default recipient group
Default Recipient Group. You can also directly click on Edit in the Actions column on the right side of the recipient group to add recipients to the group. For editing methods, please refer to the table above.
Create a Webhook
Log in to the NineData Console.
Click on Alert>Receiver in the left navigation bar.
Click on the Webhook tab and click on Create Webhook in the upper right corner of the page.
On the Create Webhook page, configure according to the table below.
Parameter Description Name Enter the name of the Webhook. To facilitate subsequent search and management, please use a meaningful name as much as possible. Up to 24 characters are supported. Feishu/DingTalk/WeCom Webhook Enter the Webhook address of the group robot. If the Webhook address has enabled signature verification, you also need to enter the signature key in the Signature Key box below (leave it blank if signature verification is not enabled).
How to obtain the Webhook address, please refer to the following official documents:Signature Key The signature key corresponding to the Webhook address. If the Webhook address has not enabled the signature key, leave it blank here. Click on Create Webhook.
tipAfter clicking on Create Webhook, the system will automatically verify the validity of the Webhook address and the signature key (if any). If it is invalid, an error message will be prompted. You need to modify the configuration according to the error message and try again.
