Alert history

NineData provides an alert history function. After an alert is triggered, a history record will be generated. User can quickly locate abnormal tasks by viewing the alert history, thus efficiently address the issue.

Steps

  1. Log in to NineData console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Alert > Alert History. The interface description is as follows:

    1Only MineOne can filter the alert content with recipient as the current user.
    2Content filtering optionsAbnormal tasks can be quickly located by task type, alert policy, alert time, and keyword search.
    3RefreshRefresh the alert history page.
    4Alert timeThe time of the alert.
    5Task TypeThe task type corresponding to the alert.
    6Task/GatewayThe name of the task or gateway that triggered the alert. User can click the task/gateway name to go directly to the page.
    7Alert MethodsHow to alert user.
    8StatusIndication whether the alert is successfully pushed to users. In the case the target recipent is a group, all receivers in the group need to receive the alert to display Success , otherwise the state will display Failed.
    9Alert ContentDetails of the alert, including the task name, failure reason, etc.
    10ActionsYou can click Details to view the details of the target alert. Contains Basic information , Alert settings , and Alert content.
